Terms of Service

The service

VendOS is software for managing consignments, inventory, sales and consignor settlements. These terms describe use of the VendOS service. Questions can be sent to info@vendos.space.

VendOS is currently in pre-launch and access is arranged with the VendOS team. Features and availability may change during this stage. No paid subscription is purchased through these public information pages; any paid offer must set out its price and applicable terms before purchase.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You must have authority to act for a business before creating or administering its workspace. Protect your sign-in credentials and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

Workspace owners are responsible for choosing staff access and ensuring that users are authorized to view or change the records available to them. Google sign-in is optional and remains subject to Google's own account and authentication requirements.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the information and materials you submit. You authorize VendOS and its service providers to process and store that material as needed to provide the service and respond to your instructions.

Only submit information and images you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, stock, commission, tax settings, payments and other business records, and for notices or permissions required when entering other people's information.

Review documents and calculations before relying on them. VendOS provides management tools; it does not take ownership of consigned goods or become a party to the store's sales or consignor arrangements. The business remains responsible for its tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not use VendOS for unlawful activity, misrepresent transactions, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with another workspace. Do not bypass access controls or use the service to collect information you are not entitled to access.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, service-provider interruptions and pre-launch changes can affect availability. Keep copies of records your business must retain independently. A feature description is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular legal or accounting requirement.

Ending access

You can stop using VendOS and contact info@vendos.space about account closure, data export or deletion. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, investigate misuse or comply with law.

Stopping access does not remove the business's obligations to customers or consignors, or automatically erase transaction records. Information handling after account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy, updates and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how account, Google sign-in and workspace information is handled. Third-party services, including Google, have their own terms and policies.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date on this page identifies the version; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
